The city of Kuala Lumpur heats up as Merdeka Square comes alive with the sights and smells of local and international gastronomic delights at the inaugural KL Big Kitchen Festival 2015!
Other fun activities include food talks and gastronomic challenges, among them being the KL Signature Dish Competition, the KL Signature Mocktail Competition and the KL Big Kitchen Race. The winners of the KL Signature Dish and KL Signature Mocktail Drink will have their creations recognized as the official dish and drink of the city. While they will be each receiving trophies from the Mayor of Kuala Lumpur together with sponsored gifts, they will also have the honour of be recognised as the creators of the newest icons of Kuala Lumpur.
